Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy enforces - No refunds or cancellations. The Client must call 24 hours before the Aerial Decompression appointment and event to cancel or reschedule. Services aren't available for events that involve Alcohol. No money returns towards any cancellation in Tai Chi, rescheduling is prompted after cancelation with no cost within 1 month only after cancellation, 24 hours before the desired rescheduling time. The Therapy alternatives offered in The Quiet Room have been developed to practice often to fully enjoy the benefits that these wonderful techniques have to offer, however, healthier body and mind is guaranteed if The Client follows treatment for at least 1 year, The Client must consult his/her doctor about recommended activities and communicate with us for full treatment, and/or have medical clearance before therapy.
